110 years ago Willis H. Carrier invented Air Conditioning and forever changed the world! The A/C revolution started with a five-story brick factory in Brooklyn, NY and quickly moved to four-family homes in the surrounding suburbs. Residential air conditioning had hit mainstream and created a whole new world!

By 1955 one in every 22 American homes had air conditioning and by 1960 that number jumped to one in five! This revolution gained Carrier a National recognition, air conditioning was named one of the Top 10 inventions of the 20th century by The National Academy of Engineering!
