This agreement provides all labor to inspect, repair and install replacement parts; and service the subject equipment for an annual fee subject to the following provisions.
We will inspect the equipment and replace and/or clean filters on each inspection.
The following parts, controls, and labor to repair or replace them are included:
Blower Motor
Condenser Fan Motor
Draft Fan Motor
Freon
Safety Pilot and Thermocouple
Gas Valve
Transformer
Standard Thermostat
Fan Blades
Limit Control
Fan Control
Circuit Boards
Fan Relay
Starting Capacitors
High and Low Pressure Control
Disposable Filters
Running Capacitors
Starting Relay
Expansion Valve
Condensate Drain Line
The following parts, controls, and labor to repair or replace them are NOT included:
Compressor
Heat Exchanger
Evaporator and Condenser Coils
Ductwork
Registers &
Grilles
This agreement entitles the customer to preferential treatment in the scheduling of service calls.
